Preliminary Selection

Before we send a candidate for your job opening, we will investigate the candidate thoroughly and notify them all requirements of the position while protecting your confidentiality. We will also forward you the resume and any additional information about the candidate to ensure that they are the best fit for your position. By the time you meet the candidate, you will both have deeper knowledge of each other.

Employment

If the interview results in an offer of employment, we will negotiate on your behalf to make sure that all details are understood and agreed by the candidate. After the employment begins, we will be in contact with you and your new employee to make sure everything goes well.

Specifications

We would like to meet with you in person and find out more about your company and your needs for recruiting purposes. It is essential that we know more about your company culture, in order for us to find the best fit for your company. We will ask you in-depth questions about your specific requirements for any current job openings.
